Dr. Cantrell has improved my quality of life in many ways. Not only has she relieved the constant pain in my neck and back, she has relieved my migraines, menstrual cramps and greatly decreased my level of anxiety. I could not imagine no longer having the opportunity to give myself this important self care.

Going to a Chiropractor for the first time was a bit scary. Anything that has to do with the spine is not a joke, however, sitting at work for 60 hours a week was no joke either. Having discomfort in the back and shoulders forced me to seek help.
After being adjusted for only several times I noticed dramatic increase in my overall health. My posture became better, my digestive system started working better and I had a lot more energy. And, pain and discomfort were gone.
It also turned out not to be scary at all!

At a very emotionally tough time in my life, and after two years of recurring issues with a pinched nerve in my neck, I came to Dr. Stacey and Women’s Wellness seeking relief. Over the course of a year not only did my pinched nerve pain subside, but it ceased recurring. Additionally, despite going through a long period of high stress, my susceptibility to colds, flu’s and other illnesses decreased dramatically. In fact, other than a few days with a small sniffle, my health has been practically perfect!
Thank You Dr. Stacey and Women’s Wellness!

I started seeing Dr. Stacey when I was about 3 months pregnant. At the time I was experiencing chronic lower back pain that had worsened in pregnancy. I saw results from my Chiropractic care almost immediately, and have been going weekly ever since. I no longer have any lower back pain, and after years of abusing my body through dancing, I find that to be a small miracle!
While the back pain was my initial reason for starting Chiropractic care, I have found many other benefits since I started. My labor and delivery went very smoothly, and I now especially appreciate my adjustments since I spend so much time holding and carrying my increasingly heavy daughter. I used to get headaches often, and have had few since I started going to see Dr. Stacey, so I rarely use pain medication anymore. I also appreciate Dr. Stacey’s friendly and caring approach. She always remembers what is going on with each of her patients, and is very family-oriented. I look forward to my weekly visits!

I have always been on the go. I have a full time job, I go to school full time and I have a 17 month old baby. I guess things started to go down hill at the end of my pregnancy. I was really tired and had a lot of back and leg pain. I had my son and I thought things would get better. I got busy with the baby and all the other things life brings with it.
My son turned one and I realized that I was not getting better. I had not lost the baby weight and my aches were still there. So, I decided to really pay attention to myself. Two weeks into the new me and I realized that it was not getting better. It was worse and now I could not sleep on top of everything else. My friend told me to try a chiropractor and I did not believe her. I thought I would go to a visit and she would fix my back and when the pain came back I would have to set up another appointment. I was pleasantly surprised with the care I received.
I started to come in on a regular basis. My first big difference was the grinding in my neck. Every time I exercised I could hear the bones in my neck making noise. It never hurt but I knew it was not normal. Within two months the grinding disappeared. The pain between my shoulder blades was gone and my posture was much better. My bowel movements improved. I now go everyday like you are supposed to. My energy level and quality of sleep has definitely improved.
The other big change is with my son. He had problems with his feet and they would turn in, especially on the left. So, before we came to the chiropractic office, he was tripping and falling every five to ten minutes. I took him to a medical doctor and I was told there is nothing we could do. They said to wait and see if he would out grow it. If that did not happen he would have to see an orthopedist. I was not happy with the situation so I decided to bring him to see Dr. Cantrell. His hips and ankles were out of alignment. After a few visits his feet were totally straight and he had no more problems with tripping and falling all the time. His mood improved a lot because he was not so frustrated too.
I really enjoy the whole office. They always help me with my appointment if I cannot make it at the scheduled time and they watch my little one so I can have a couple minutes to relax and take care of myself so I can take better care of him.
Thank you, Marina L.
